目前共有医护人员23人，其中主任医师3人（穆荣，赵金霞，邓晓莉），副主任医师2人（姚中强，刘蕊），主治医师7人（张警丰,翟佳羽，金银姬，刘畅，魏慧，李欣艺，柴静），助理研究员1人（李常虹），主管技师1人（孙琳），技术员1人（安卓），所有临床医生均具有硕士以上学历，9名护理人员均具有专科以上学历，其中主管护师2人（王振青，郭越）、护师3人（袁佳怡、夏云霞、果子婷）、护士4人（张东梅、刘久红、高雅、赵微微）。穆荣主任全面主持科室工作，李常虹任党支部书记，赵金霞、姚中强任科室副主任，王振青任护士长。

科室开设了硬皮病、类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮以及强直性脊柱炎专病门诊，并开展了免疫吸附治疗重症风湿病、微循环检查、尿酸晶体检查及关节腔穿刺治疗等诊疗项目，诊治水平在全国处于较领先行列。全年门诊量由2007年的1.3万人次增加到2017年的近7万人次。同时通过博客和微信平台定期推送各类专业前沿进展、会议笔记、科普知识等，定期开展患者教育，进一步扩大在患者及同行中的影响。

科研工作亦逐渐取得进步。科室以类风湿关节炎，系统性红斑狼疮和脊柱关节病为主攻研究方向，先后有4人获得国家自然科学基金课题共9项，北京市自然科学基金1项，并参与多项国家级及省部级研究项目。科室作为第一作者单位参与制定了中国的早期类风湿关节炎分类标准，该论文获得2016年度百篇中华医学优秀论文奖。共发表SCI论著40余篇，发表中文核心期刊论文近百篇，主编了《图表式临床风湿病学》，并参编多部风湿病专著。先后有多人次在国内外专业学术会议上发言及壁报交流。2013年，我科成功申报国家临床药理实验基地，可承担任何一期临床药物观察，目前已承担10余项临床药物观察项目。

TheDepartmentsetupgoutandrheumatoidarthritisclinic,andcarriedoutthetreatmentofsevererheumatismbyimmunoadsorption,microcirculationexamination,uricacidcrystalexaminationandjointcavitypuncture,thelevelofdiagnosisandtreatmentisintheleadingpositioninthecountry.Theannualoutpatientvolumeincreasedfrom13000in2007tonearly70000in2017.Atthesametime,throughtheblogandwechatplatform,weregularlypushforwardvariousprofessionalcutting-edgeprogress,meetingnotes,popularscienceknowledge,etc.,regularlycarryoutpatienteducation,andfurtherexpandtheimpactonpatientsandpeers.

Scientificresearchhasalsograduallyprogressed.Thedepartmentfocusesonrheumatoidarthritis,systemiclupuserythematosusandspondyloarthropathy.Fourofthemhaveobtained9NSFCprojectsand1BeijingNSFCproject,andparticipatedinmanynationalandprovincialresearchprojects.Asthefirstauthorunit,theDepartmentparticipatedinthedevelopmentofChina'searlyrheumatoidarthritisclassificationstandard,andthispaperwonthe2016annual100excellentpapersofChineseMedicineAward.OurdepartmenthaspublishedNearly30SCIpapers,nearly100Chinesecorejournalpapers,editedchartclinicalrheumatology,andparticipatedinthecompilationofmanyrheumatologymonographs.Manydoctorshavemadespeechesatprofessionalacademicconferencesathomelandandabroadandexchangedwithwallnewspapers.In2013,ourdepartmentsuccessfullyappliedforthenationalclinicalpharmacologyexperimentalbase,whichcanundertakeanyphaseofclinicaldrugobservation,andnowhasundertakenmorethan10clinicaldrugobservationprojects.
