北京大学第三医院

科室建于1987年，初命为高干内科，现名为老年病内科，为综合内科，是由23位医生（其中2位主任医师，6位副主任医师）、43位护士（其中主管护师6人）及2位康复师组成的致力于老年医学事业，技术实力强大的团队。科室主任为张福春，其同时兼任北医三院院长助理、北京大学第三医院海淀院区院长；科室副主任为张帆、刘慧琳；病房护士长为郭英、孙卉、赵秀伟。

科室门诊由位于门诊大厅5层的102门诊和门诊大厅3层的老年内科门诊组成。102门诊主要服务于持有“102”卡的干保人群；老年内科门诊面向患有常见内科疾病的60岁以上患者。随着老龄人口的增加，我科门诊量逐年增加，2019年门诊量高达55000人次。

科室住院部有3个病区，一、二病区位于医院本部，三病区位于中央党校院区，共有床位72张。收治冠心病、高血压、心律失常、心衰、肺炎、慢性阻塞性肺病、糖尿病等老年常见内科疾病。

科室在门诊及病房全面开展老年综合评估工作，从日常生活能力、认知功能、跌倒风险、营养状态、精神情感障碍以及合并用药风险等多方面综合评估，制定集治疗、护理、康复一体的综合治疗方案。我科与运动医学科及骨科深度合作，进行围手术期患者的评估与管理，“科室间深度合作保障患者围手术期安全”项目获北京大学第三医院医疗安全管理奖二等奖。

Ourdepartmentwasestablishedin1987,namedseniormedicinedepartmentatthebeginningandnowDepartmentofGeriatrics.Ourdepartmentisacomprehensivemedicinedepartment,composedof23doctors(2chiefphysicians,6associatechiefphysicians),43nurses(6supervisornurses)and2rehabilitativetherapists.OurdirectorisZhangFuchun,whoisalsotheassistantofthePresidentofPekingUniversityThirdHospitalandthePresidentofHaidianHospital.DeputydirectorsareZhangFanandLiuHuilin;TheheadnursesareGuoYing,SunHuiandZhaoXiuwei.

Ouroutpatientdepartmentiscomposedof102cliniconthe5thfloorandgeriatricscliniconthe3rdfloorinouroutpatientbuilding.102clinicmainlyservesthe"102"cardholders;Thegeriatricsclinicservespatientsover60yearsoldwithcommonmedicalconditions.Withincreasingoftheelderly,thenumberofoutpatientvisitsinourdepartmentisincreasingyearbyyear,reaching55,000in2019.

Theinpatientdepartmentwithatotalof72bedsiscomposedof3wards,thefirstandsecondwardsarelocatedinthemainpartofthehospital,andthethirdwardislocatedneartheCentralCommitteePartySchool.Theinpatientdepartmenttreatingpatientswithcoronaryheartdisease,hypertension,arrhythmia,heartfailure,pneumonia,chronicobstructivepulmonarydisease,diabetesandothercommoninternaldiseasesoftheelderly.

Ourdepartmenthascomprehensivelycarriedoutcomprehensivegeriatricassessmentinoutpatientclinicsandwards,includingactivitiesofdailyliving,cognitivefunction,fallrisk,nutritionalstatus,mentalandemotionaldisorders,andpolypharmacy,andconductedacomprehensivetreatmentplanintegratingtreatment,nursingandrehabilitation.Cooperatingwithsportsmedicinedepartmentandorthopedicsdepartment,ourdepartmentevaluateandmanagepatientsintheperioperativeperiod.Theprojectof"Deepcooperationbetweendepartmentstoensurepatients'perioperativesafety"wonthesecondprizeofmedicalsafetyManagementAwardofPekingUniversityThirdHospital.

Ourdepartmentprovideswarmandpatient-centeredmedicalservices,andhaswonmanyawards.Wewilldoourbesttopromotethedevelopmentofintelligentagingandimprovethequalityoflifeofelderlypatients.
